It is critical to recognize that this receipt functions exclusively as a record-keeping instrument and does not constitute an acceptance of your offer, a commitment to supply the ordered goods, or evidence of contract formation. These post-dispatch remedies are subject to our standard returns policy and any restocking assessments applicable to the product category in question.
We maintain the prerogative to unilaterally cancel any order or any portion thereof when circumstances make fulfillment impracticable, inadvisable, or commercially unreasonable. Such circumstances include the discovery after order acceptance that a product is affected by a safety recall or regulatory action, that the supplier has discontinued the product without notice to us, that the shipping address is located in a region subject to active sanctions or trade restrictions, that the order exhibits characteristics statistically associated with fraudulent activity, or that a technical failure in our catalog management systems resulted in the listing of a product at a price that is substantively incorrect. In every case of unilateral cancellation, we will communicate the decision and the rationale promptly, and we will ensure that any funds collected are returned to the original payment source without undue delay.
Orders containing items that are manufactured, assembled, configured, or personalized according to your specifications are subject to a distinct cancellation framework. The bespoke nature of these products means that they hold negligible resale value and represent sunk manufacturing costs once production has been initiated. The cutoff point for cancellation of customized items is explicitly stated in the product listing and reiterated in the order confirmation communication. It is your obligation to review this cutoff point carefully before committing to the purchase. Digital goods, electronically delivered software, and subscription services that have been activated or accessed are non-cancelable and non-refundable by their intrinsic nature, as the value inherent in such products is consumed irreversibly upon access.

Our Liability Explained

The foregoing limitations on liability are subject to applicable consumer protection statutes that may confer rights which cannot be waived or modified by contractual agreement. In jurisdictions where mandatory legal provisions prescribe minimum standards of merchant liability that exceed the limitations stated herein, those statutory minimums will apply in place of the contractual limitations to the extent of the inconsistency. This severable application ensures that you retain the full benefit of legal protections afforded by the law of your residence while preserving the intended effect of our liability framework in all other respects. We do not seek to exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation committed by us, or for any other category of liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the governing legal regime.
Where products are supplied by third-party manufacturers or distributors and bear their branding, our role is that of a retail intermediary connecting the producer with the consumer. In this intermediary capacity, we do not independently warrant the design, materials, workmanship, safety, or performance characteristics of third-party goods beyond the representations made in the product listing. Any manufacturer's warranty, guarantee, or indemnity that accompanies a product is a contractual obligation running directly from the manufacturer to you, and claims under such instruments should be pursued with the manufacturer through the channels described in the warranty documentation. These external events, collectively termed force majeure, encompass natural disasters, severe meteorological phenomena, geological events, widespread disease outbreaks, acts of war or terrorism, civil unrest, governmental decrees, embargoes, sanctions, disruptions in public utility networks, telecommunications outages, failures of third-party logistics infrastructure, and any other circumstance that reasonable diligence could not have anticipated or mitigated. During the pendency of a force majeure event, our performance obligations are suspended without penalty. If the event endures beyond a commercially reasonable interval measured from the original performance date, either party may elect to terminate the affected transaction by written notice, whereupon our sole obligation will be to refund payments received for goods not yet delivered.
