You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and make personal, non-commercial use of platform content. Engaging in fraudulent activity is grounds for immediate account termination, forfeiture of account balances, and potential referral to criminal authorities. Fraudulent activity includes placing orders with stolen payment instruments, initiating chargebacks without valid basis, returning items that have been used or substituted, and creating multiple accounts to circumvent purchase limits. You must not manipulate the platform's rating, review, or feedback systems through any artificial means. You are also prohibited from reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the platform.

Resolving Disagreements

To minimize the time and expense associated with formal legal proceedings, the platform has adopted a tiered approach to dispute resolution. Before filing any formal claim, you must send a detailed written statement identifying yourself, describing the factual circumstances, specifying the provision you believe has been violated, and stating the remedy you seek. The platform will assign a dedicated representative to investigate the matter and engage with you toward a resolution. If the parties are unable to reach agreement through direct negotiation, either party may demand binding arbitration conducted by a single neutral arbitrator.
All aspects of the arbitration proceeding shall be conducted in confidence, and neither party shall disclose the existence or results of the arbitration to any third party except as required by law. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees, and the parties shall share equally the fees of the arbitrator. By agreeing to these terms, you waive the right to have any dispute heard by a jury or to participate in any class action, collective action, or other representative proceeding against the platform. All claims must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class proceeding.
